There are two ways to open a Europcar On Demand vehicle:
- With the Europcar On Demand app.
- With a contactless card of your choice.
It is mandatory to choose a contactless card as a backup, as the app needs mobile coverage to open the vehicle, which can be problematic in underground car parks.
