Yes, third-party liability is included. Also included in the rate is a Limitation of Liability for damage caused by the customer to the rented vehicle and a Limitation of Liability for Fire and Theft with a possible maximum charge, as indicated in the Europcar On Demand Price List in force at the time of the rental and available here.
