Yes, pets are allowed on board vehicles but only if they have their own pet carrier. If you do not have one, you can request one by sending an email to support.it@ondemand.europcar.com at least 48 working hours before departure and subject to availability; the cost of each option, including the pet carrier, is indicated in the Europcar On Demand price list in force at the time of hire. Please note that the release of a dirty vehicle (including the presence of animal hair) will incur a penalty charge as indicated in the Europcar On Demand in force at the time of hire and available here.
