What if I have a booking, can I still take the car?

Bookings starting from 24 March 2020 will be cancelled by the Europcar On Demand Team without any charge.

For customers that have a rental with an end date during the time our services are suspended due to self-isolation measures are in place, we will extend your booking without any additional rental cost. You will only be charged in reference to your initial booking*. When normal service is resumed, you will be notified to return the car to its' original parking spot.

*plus additional potential mileage and related costs in reference with your contractual terms and conditions
