Will I be charged for cancelling my booking during the self-isolation period?

If you have a rental starting and ending before the suspension of services then the vehicle is available for use as usual.

For customers that have a rental with an end date during the time our services are suspended due to self-isolation measures being in place, we will extend your booking without any additional rental cost. You will only be charged in reference to your initial booking*. When normal service is resumed, you will be notified to return the car to its' original parking spot.

*plus additional potential mileage and related costs in reference with your contractual terms and conditions
