I have Flexy subscription, will I have to pay during this period?

For subscription customers, as the service will not be accessible for the coming time period, we will extend your subscription for a period equal to the time of the services unavailability, free of charge, upon resuming normal service. It is agreed that - at the end of the unavailability period - the client is entitled to refuse the extension and, in this case, on client's written request to our Customer Service, Europcar On Demand Team will refund you for the unused subscription due to the service unavailability.
